Food for body, soul, and spirit in Haiti! | News

To date 12 containers of food and non-food items have been dispatched to Haiti through the generous contributions of our partners! Daily food distribution continues in areas such as Carrefour, Port au Prince, and City Soleil, bringing the message of hope to thousands of families now living in tent cities, and over 1,500 children who have been orphaned. In order to continue this effort, Feed the Hungry USA has purchased a 26' delivery truck which is now enroute to Haiti. Currently our partner ministry on the ground is using an old school bus with seats taken out, and an open flatbed truck. The new delivery truck is much needed for ongoing, efficient and safe transport of life-sustaining food and water.
Thank you for helping us continue the work of rebuilding in Haiti, and for not forgetting that so many people continue to live in desperate circumstances even though the media has long since moved on to other topics. Your generosity is making a difference that is literally saving lives every day!
